Position Description The Senior Human Resource Partner (SHRP) is responsible for performing HR-related responsibilities at a professional and strategic level, and works closely with our global competence centers as well as our global business partner team. The SHRP is involved in all aspects of the employee life cycle:
talent acquisition, employee engagement and retention, learning and development, total rewards, company policies and employment law compliance. Develop and nurture strong relationships with client groups; proactively lead and support the delivery of HR programs and processes. Advise and support employees and local management in all relevant HR matters; collaborate on department-specific or company-wide change or organizational development activities. Proactively collaborate with client groups to help identify and implement employee relations strategies that minimize corporate risk. Provide guidance and consultation to client groups on how to avoid potential employee relations issues. Facilitate a performance driven culture by leading and administering the performance management process; advise on compensation in alignment with the global Compensation & Benefits Team. Assess the need for talent development in alignment with global process; work closely with the global Training and Development team to implement local training and development initiatives. Collaborate with global Talent Acquisition team in selecting talent for the organization; initiate and ensure successful onboarding. Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed. Adheres to HR SOPs. Maintain a thorough understanding of current employment laws and HR Best Practices; interprets applicability of employment law and company policy. Drive and implement HR projects in alignment with global team/approach Position Requirements Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, Master's degree preferred; HR Certification a plus 5-7 years of experience in the HR function, preferably as an HR Partner / HR Generalist Excellent communication skills and ability to work productively in a team Strong business acumen, relationship building, consultative and influencing competencies Knowledge of current employment laws and regulations Experience in global work environments and/or multiple language skills are an advantage
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
HR Generalists & Business PartnersEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
